The thinnest of the Egg Pasta range, Vermicelli is best with delicate sauces. You can also crush the nests before adding, and use in pasta soups or broths.

Nidi Bronzato Egg Noodle No70 Twst Ribbon 375g

A ribbon style pasta with a slight twist to it, this shape presents very attractively. When using in soups just crush the nests first before adding to the soup.
San Remo Reg No91 Fettuccine Egg Noodle 250g

Thicker, ribbon style pasta best used with a simple tomato and herb sauce (like Napoletana) or a cream sauce. The nests can also be crushed and added to minestrone or bean soup.
San Remo Reg No92 Tagliatelle Egg Noodle 250g

Wider than Fettuccine so it can be used with chunkier sauces, or in a pasta bake. Traditionally, taglia in Italian means 'cut'.
