Long Pasta

Long pasta varieties, like Spaghetti and Fettuccine are the backbone of any good pasta range and that is certainly the case for San Remo. The San Remo long pasta range includes round and flat long pasta as well as a tubular long pasta. Of all of the long pasta varieties, Angel Hair pasta is the thinnest and many say the best due to its elegance. But the range includes a variety of thin styles as well as thicker styles, each with its own character. Some, like Linguine with its traditional seafood heritage, are well established in contemporary Australian cuisine.
